For Printing

As it is a bank holiday on Monday and I only finished preparing the book late on Friday I won't be able to print in college or perhaps I could but the idea of Printing first thing on Tuesday seems overly stressful. For these reasons I'm going to print at my mums house, she has a pretty decent quality printer (bought for the purpose of printing flyers and labels etc.) but it doesn't print on both sides. As it doesn't do both sides automatically I decided not to use InDesign to create the layout, in the past when I have printed like this InDesign has only made it more complicated than it needs to be. This meant that I had to work out how to order everything so it prints correctly. After it was ordered I just created the A4 landscape jpeg with each of the illustrations and text taking up half the page and in the correct order for putting together. I found this to be much easier to do then any time I have used InDesign in the past. Though that mainly makes me think that I should learn how to use InDesign better.
